Overview Staffing Solution Architect - Remote Work at BairesDev. A technology services company with 15+ years in the market, delivering cutting-edge solutions to large and startup clients worldwide. The team is remote, diverse, and comprised of top tech talent. This role focuses on defining client-required skillsets for Staffing Augmentation and helping match the right engineers to projects. Responsibilities Drive and manage technology evaluation and validation processes, and engage with clients while providing technical assistance to address their profile requests' real needs. Conduct final screening/interviews of candidates based on available information to identify the best engineers for each position. Participate in meetings with clients to understand the engineering profile that fits their needs. Work with different tech stacks, interact with clients, and interview across domains including Web (Frontend and Backend), Mobile, QA (Manual and automation), DevOps, Data (Data Engineering, Data Science, Big Data), etc. Keep up with market trends and technologies you may not have previously worked with. Provide training to candidates regarding different technologies. Collaborate with the Sales team to improve time-to-market for requested resources, considering feasibility of client requests. What We Are Looking For 5+ years of work experience. Experience in the IT industry. A proven track record in software development with experience/knowledge in different programming languages and areas of software development. Technical presentation and strong communication skills.
