**About The Job**
We are looking for an experienced **Senior Salesforce Developer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with external systems and deliver robust, high-quality functionality to end users.
**What you will do**:
- ** Business Process Implementation**: Participate in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and map them into Salesforce.
- ** Architecture & Optimization**: Contribute to the design of Salesforce architecture and continuously look for ways to optimize existing solutions.
- ** Feature Development**: Implement new functionalities following best practices, ensuring quality and maintainability of the codebase.
- ** User Support**: Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues, identifying root causes to maintain system stability.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams (Product, QA, etc.) to ensure efficient delivery and alignment with business goals.
- ** Salesforce Certificates**: Possessing relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II).
- ** 3+ Years' Experience**: Proven track record working on Salesforce implementations at scale.
- ** Fluent English**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
- ** SFDX (2+ Years)**: Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX for development and deployment.
- ** LWC (2+ Years)**: In-depth knowledge and experience building custom Lightning Web Components.
- ** OOP & Databases**: Clear understanding of the OOP paradigm and database concepts.
- ** Integrations**: Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP web services, including configuration of API integrations.
- ** User-Centric Mindset**: Keen understanding of user value and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- ** Time Management & Proactivity**: Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
