Swiss Re's Claims Operations is looking for a detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced environment receiving and processing claims. This is a key role that requires attention to detail, ability to triage and assign claims for timely processing and the ability to manage multiple priorities. About the Role- Ensure accurate and timely claim setup.
- Assign new claims to adjusters as appropriate.
- Analysis of documents to determine when financial adjustments are required.
- Dedication to customer service, often tailoring service for unique customer needs.
- Acquire regulatory documents as required.
- Properly identify and handle claim documents.
- Extensive communication and collaboration across other functions and teams.
- Process financials when applicable.

- Strong customer services skills with a focus on the client.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience collaborating in a team environment
- Thrives on continual improvement with an agile mindset.
- Ability to act quickly in an ever-changing industry.
- Basic English - Intermediary/Advanced is a Plus
- Proven experience in (Re)insurance – Claims is a plus
