About the Role
JJ Associates is seeking a dynamic
Associate (Business Legal & Client Manager)
to join our Brazil Regional Hub. This role serves as a vital bridge between partners, clients, and operational teams — combining legal expertise, client management, and project coordination to deliver exceptional service across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead bilingual (Portuguese/English) client meetings to define scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Manage a portfolio of international clients and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee onboarding, compliance, and review of corporate/legal documentation.
- Support partners in business development, proposals, and client retention.
- Represent JJ Associates in corporate meetings, negotiations, and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between legal, commercial, and accounting processes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in
 Law
 (mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience in
 corporate, business, or international law
 .
- Proven experience managing client relationships and cross-functional projects.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
 (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable in multicultural environments.
