This role focuses on driving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, and ensuring financial accuracy across procurement and finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Partner with Global Business Partners to support Finance and G&A teams. Drive operational excellence within the Finance Procurement Operations team and support systems for Marketing teams’ goals. Support projects to simplify and automate workflows, including system feature development and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with business and legal teams on supplier sourcing, contract reviews, and renewals to maintain a resilient and diverse supply chain. Manage finance-related tasks such as purchase orders, contract reviews, invoices, supplier management, and management reporting. Assist in month-end accruals and address significant spend variances with the accounting team. Ensure accurate expense coding and track actuals against budget/forecast, highlighting any variances. Monitor invoicing trends and collaborate with accounts payable on non-PO, manual, and non-OCR invoices. Perform ad hoc tasks to support organizational goals. What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in finance, procurement, or operational support functions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.
