About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Procurement Operations Specialist to support our Global Business Partners and G&A teams. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, and ensuring financial accuracy across procurement and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Business Partners to support Finance and G&A teams.
- Drive operational excellence within the Finance Procurement Operations team and support systems for Marketing teams' goals.
- Support projects to simplify and automate workflows, including system feature development and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with business and legal teams on supplier sourcing, contract reviews, and renewals to maintain a resilient and diverse supply chain.
- Manage finance-related tasks such as purchase orders, contract reviews, invoices, supplier management, and management reporting.
- Assist in month-end accruals and address significant spend variances with the accounting team.
- Ensure accurate expense coding and track actuals against budget/forecast, highlighting any variances.
- Monitor invoicing trends and collaborate with accounts payable on non-PO, manual, and non-OCR invoices.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support organizational goals.
