Essential Duties and Responsibilities_
1. Run mounting panels as technical documentation issued by the project activity, using processes and flows for panel mounting optimization controlling the execution of operations times, the logistics of the materials necessary for mounting the panels and assessing the correct use of work tools guidance of his top when needed.
2. Comply with the schedule of projects and work actively with the immediate superior to minimize any problems that might have an impact on deadlines and costs established.
3. Assist in preclinical testing required to electrical panels, under the guidance of immediate superior, enabling the subsequent completion of the factory acceptance tests on protective panels, control and automation of electrical systems with guidance from his superior when needed.
4. Support when necessary acceptance tests in the field, whose service will be conducted by a higher level engineer to ensure the perfect operation of the equipment.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of revision of electrical projects by analyzing the documentation and the results of the assembly and pretesting.
6. Maintaining a good level of knowledge in assembly processes of electrical systems panels through the study of new technologies, products and solutions.
7. Assist in the maintenance of safety and hygiene conditions in the factory, to preserve the physical integrity and health of employees.
8. Identify and inform improvement points in the projects.
9. Follow work instructions and procedures for implementing the panel assemblies.
11. Understand. Create. Simplify.
12. Other duties as assigned.
- Required Qualifications_
Minimum 1 year experience in the field
Vocational in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical
Willingness to travel
Knowledge and interpretation of electrical and mechanical schemes - symbologies, functional diagrams, wiring list
Knowledge of electrical and electronic materials, especially in protection relays
Experience in electromechanical assembly protection panels and automation of electrical MV and HV systems
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Background check results satisfactory to SEL
- Preferred Qualifications_
Basic electrical power system protection relays
Basic equipment automation of electrical power systems
Knowledge of electrical tests on protection and automation panels for electrical systems MV and HV
Knowledge of quality tools - 5S and Lean Manufacturing
