Expert Contingent Workforce Manager

Job Title: MSP Delivery Specialist We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization. This position will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests, ensuring seamless requisition management, compliance, and operational success. Key Responsibilities: • Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers. • Support large-scale hiring initiatives, data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts. • Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success. • Maintain a service-focused approach, delivering a high-quality experience to all stakeholders. • Utilize and provide training on MSP tools , including Beeline or SAP Fieldglass, and applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Ensure timely and accurate submission of required documentation by suppliers, maintaining adherence to SLAs and KPIs. • Support reporting, analytics, and client-specific initiatives as assigned. Requirements: Candidate Profile: • Proven experience in MSP delivery, preferably in a similar role. • Strong understanding of VMS tools and applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
