Contingent Workforce Manager We are seeking an experienced Contingent Workforce Manager to oversee the entire life cycle of contingent workforce requests, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support to client hiring managers and suppliers throughout the requisition process. Lead large-scale hiring initiatives, data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts, driving program success and efficiency. Conduct thorough intake calls, evaluate candidate resumes, and manage the requisition flow from posting through fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery. Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to guarantee optimal program outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MSP operations or contingent workforce management, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Beeline. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is essential, with strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
