What you’ll do Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management What you’ll need to succeed 4-6 years of experience in a Data Analyst position in tech, consulting, e-commerce, or digital marketing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance Data-Driven approach with strong analytical skills to analyze data, translate insights into actionable recommendations Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehousing (e.g., SQL, Tableau, MS Excel) Innovative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to navigate the organization to gather information and implement solutions while adapting to evolving scenarios Stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior management Equal Opportunity At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of diverse backgrounds.
