Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members to address client needs
  • Support client issue remediation by reviewing and analyzing pharmacy claims
  • Review external auditor findings for agreement or disagreement
  • Research, analyze, and evaluate claims data to identify patterns and validate accuracy
  • Provide explanations, interpretations, and recommendations for reporting results
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of related experience within a Report Analyst or Business Analyst role
  • 2+ years of experience using analytical or critical thinking skills in a professional role (finance and/or accounting preferred)
  • Experience working with large data sets, data manipulation, and creating meaningful conclusions
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills, including complex conditional formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong organizational skills to track requests and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial/Accounting/Remediation experience
  • Experience with SQL, including knowledge of tables and writing query statements
  • Familiarity with RxClaim and pharmacy benefit structure
  • Experience in Microsoft Access for data manipulation and queries
  • Self-directed with minimal guidance but recognizes when support is needed
