Regional Sales Director – Latin America (Financial Technology Solutions for Central Banks)About CMACMA Small Systems is a global leader in mission-critical payment and settlement solutions,serving over 60 central banks and commercial banks in more than 60 countries.With 32+ yearsof expertise and ****+ successful projects delivered, CMA provides state-of-the-art systemsincluding RTGS, ACH, CSD, National Payment Gateways, and Trading/Settlement platforms.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead CMA's business developmentand client management efforts in Latin America.This role requires a proactive hunter withstrong C-level relationships in the financial sector and the ability to grow our footprint across theregion.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and close new business opportunities with Central banks and major Financial institutionsBe able to travel frequently on business tripsMaintain and expand long-term relationships with existing clientsAct as a trusted partner to clients, supporting them through implementation and beyondMonitor market trends and competitive landscape, advising senior management on strategyLead RFP processes, prepare proposals and presentationsRepresent CMA at key events and industry forums in LATAMDrive partnerships and alliances with regional stakeholdersDesired Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in technology sales / business development (financial softwarepreferred)Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in LATAMStrong existing network in banking and regulatory institutionsKnowledge of payment systems (RTGS, ACH, CSD, Instant Payments) is a strongadvantageExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to travel up to 50% of the time across Latin AmericaFluent in Spanish and English (B2+/C1)Bachelor's degree required; technical/finance background preferredWhat We OfferOpportunity to drive strategic growth in one of CMA's key regionsA role with both independence and strong support from global HQCompetitive compensation package with performance incentives
