Responsibilities Proactively reach out to new potential global/local payment partnerships in LATAM Possess strong business knowledge to successfully negotiate business terms and onboard partners Own relationships with fiat global/local partners, negotiate business terms, and onboard appropriate channels Strong ownership in managing the regional fiat business, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders including operations, product and regulators Maintain strong relationships with banks and payment partners as well as oversee regulatory and licensing issues Manage fiat operations for the region, ensuring a consistent and excellent on/off ramp service Lead local fiat/new user growth and business development activities Connect with the local community, monitor industry/competitor trends to optimise product, marketing, and operations strategies Requirements Experience within a Business Development/Sales role Data-savvy, understand marketing and operations metrics Demonstrated ability to work as a team player Problem solver and results-driven Strong passion for crypto and digital assets Past experience working for FinTech, Payments, Crypto, Web3 companies will be an added advantage Fluency in English and Portuguese are required to be able to effectively coordinate with overseas partners, stakeholders, and customers Why Binance Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning Competitive salary and company benefits Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team) Binance is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
