Lead the digital acquisition strategy for Lalamove in Brazil, ensuring sustainable user and driver growth. Oversee and integrate the brand’s communication projects and campaign production to a cohesive strategy through all channels.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the paid media strategy across multiple platforms (DV360, Meta, Google, UAC and programmatic partners)
  • Deliver on KPIs such as FTU, CAC, and lead generation
  • Coordinate initiatives with regional teams, functional departments, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze performance data and propose experiments, optimizations, and continuous improvements
  • Supervise and guide the performance analyst, ensuring quality execution and development
  • Manage monthly forecasts and media planning in alignment with budget
  • Support the planning of Lalamove’s brand communication calendar
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign production (briefing, creative development, reviews)
  • Supervise content execution across social media, email, blog, and user activations
  • Collaborate with design and PR to ensure tone and visual identity consistency
  • Act as the main point of contact for integrated brand campaigns, partnerships, and institutional projects
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and brand communication
  • Previous experience leading teams (internal or external, such as agencies or freelancers) is required
  • Solid background in paid performance marketing (media buying, analytics, optimization)
  • Proven experience managing campaigns and communications projects
  • Strong analytical thinking, with excellent organizational skills
