Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Brand Sales Specialist, you'll work closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust and show them how IBM's industry-leading solutions will solve their problems whilst delivering value to their business.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a client portfolio, highlighting IBM's TLS technical and business value.
  • Solution-Selling Skills: Utilize solution-selling skills to identify decision makers, qualify opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Process Oversight: Oversee the entire sales process, from RFI/RFP responses to meeting KPIs, with a focus on new business and account expansion.
  • Collaboration with IBM Sales Network: Collaborate with IBM's sales network to execute effective sales campaigns and delivery professionals to enable clients’ growth and innovation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Tech Sales Success: Demonstrated success in technology sales, particularly in acquiring new clients.
  • Business Acumen and Communication Skills: Possess strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
  • An understanding of the KSA market dynamics, buyer behavior, and trends.
  • Engaging, Compelling, and Influential Communication: Ability to communicate in an engaging, compelling, and influential manner.
