Pearson is a leading education company that aims to make learning more accessible and effective. We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team in Sales Enablement.

About the Role

The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that our sales teams have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed. This includes creating and managing sales enablement resources, scheduling and delivering sales training programs, and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our training initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Create and customize sales enablement materials to align with global and regional priorities
  • Organize and maintain a centralized repository of sales enablement resources to ensure they are relevant, up-to-date, and accessible to all sales teams
  • Work with stakeholders to schedule and manage delivery of sales training programs and events
  • Manage logistics for training sessions, including finding presenters, materials preparation, and participant communication
  • Analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our training initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Familiarity with sales enablement best practices and methodologies
  • Experience in creating and managing sales enablement resources
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
