About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy & Enablement Manager to join our team at Wellhub Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global company that prioritizes employee wellbeing and is committed to making every company a wellness company.

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with our Client Sales teams across key regions, including Brazil, Latam, the US, and Europe. Your primary focus will be on optimizing sales strategies, ensuring seamless execution, and addressing strategic challenges within our global sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for regional and local client sales teams, providing guidance and support on critical initiatives.
  • Contribute to the global decision-making process within the Client Sales organization, ensuring alignment and consistency across regions.
  • Develop and execute effective communication, training, and onboarding programs to drive commercial consistency across all regions and countries.
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects focused on enhancing commercial effectiveness, from product go-to-market strategies to process optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster alignment and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify priorities, define action plans, and measure the impact of sales enablement and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Sales Enablement, Commercial, or Management Consulting role, preferably within a technology firm or comparable environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training and enablement programs to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Capable of credibly and compellingly presenting and defending recommendations to senior leadership across various regions.
  • Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to independently gather information, solve complex problems, and deliver results in challenging situations.
  • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and works effectively with individuals from diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
