Sales Strategy Lead

As a Sales Strategy Lead at Net2Source, you will be part of a global team that supports the strategy and day-to-day operations of the CompanySales Solutions business. Your role will involve partnering with your Sales Operations team members and cross-functional partners to lead, execute, improve and scale repeatable operational, analytical and planning processes. You will be responsible for building sales territories, setting sales targets, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive critical business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information. Key responsibilities include running monthly/quarterly sales operations audits, tracking business performance, and providing insights and recommendations to advise sales leadership on sales forecasting. Additionally, you will lead and improve operational processes of the sales organization, such as quota management, roster and territory management, CRM/data management, audits, reporting and dashboard development. You will also support the annual planning processes through model building, ad-hoc analytical requests and data-driven recommendations. The successful candidate will have a strong working relationship with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners to achieve objectives. Basic qualifications include fluency in English, a BA/BS degree in operations, business management, economics, engineering or a related field, and + years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role. Preferred qualifications include experience with data analytics and visualization tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and experience with CRM, including Salesforce and D/Dynamics. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making, communicate effectively and present to senior audiences, build strong partnerships and collaborate with teammates, and effectively solve complex problems from highly complex data sets and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
