As a Business Development Consultant on our Sales Strategy team, you'll play a key role in supporting our growth strategy by creating reports and dashboards that inform decision-making. You'll also engage in business discussions about targets, forecast, pipeline, and other key metrics.

**What You'll Do:**

  • Support the development of strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Create data-driven insights and visualizations to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (Spanish a plus). Average salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year.
