Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Partner Development Manager to join our team at Ibm. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our business partners across the globe.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business partner growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop effective marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business partner programs.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
