At Kuehne+Nagel, we are looking for a highly skilled Strategic Logistics Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to take on new challenges and make a real impact in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic partner to our leaders, aligning HR processes with business goals and driving organizational change while ensuring compliance and managing HR-related costs and policies.
• Address day-to-day employee issues and provide guidance on HR policies, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement, contributing to the Employee Experience strategy.
• Provide leadership coaching and support to site managers and supervisors to improve people management capabilities.
• Monitor HR-related costs and contribute to budget planning, ensuring alignment with the financial objectives of the Contract Logistics BU.
• Analyze workforce data to optimize resource allocation, manage labor costs, and support cost-efficiency goals.
• Develop compensation strategies in collaboration with the finance department to ensure competitive yet financially sustainable salary structures.
• Participate in Americas and global HR initiatives.
• Drive change management processes to support organizational transformation, ensuring employee involvement and minimizing resistance.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and retention programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role in a logistics or supply chain environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility, adaptability, managerial/leadership skills, and advanced English proficiency are also essential.
