Strategic Alliance Partner Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Channel Manager to join our Strategic Alliance Team at ADP, Inc.
About the RoleThe Channel Manager will work closely with senior leaders to implement and execute ADP's alliance strategy within their assigned area(s) of responsibility. This includes building relationships with partners to drive incremental new business for ADP, reporting on the success of each relationship, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, or channel marketing, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support sales by establishing and maintaining field-level connections with external partners
- Drive incremental revenue through partner and partner ecosystem, including System Integrators, consultants, VARS, associations, and buying groups
- Meet or exceed assigned quota for alliance-generated business within assigned area of responsibility
- Assist in creating quarterly strategic plans regarding Partners within assigned area of responsibility
- Communicate alliance opportunities weekly to senior leadership
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
- 5-8+ years' experience in sales, business development, channel marketing, product marketing, or distribution channels
