ASBIS seeks a skilled Business Development Manager for Partners to join our team. This role is responsible for onboarding new partners, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to succeed. The successful candidate will develop and execute partner marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement.

We have achieved remarkable growth of 300% last year, adding 100+ B2B clients, mainly partners and consulting firms. Our aim is to reach a 1000% growth in 2024.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:- Onboarding Partners: Guide new partners through the onboarding process, ensuring they complete all necessary training and understand how to use DISPL tools and resources effectively.
- Material Acquaintance: Familiarize partners with all DISPL marketing and sales materials, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
- Co-Marketing Campaigns: Be in charge of launching and executing co-marketing campaigns with partners, including blog posts, webinars, newsletters, and social media content.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, positive relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Performance Tracking: Track partner onboarding progress and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to the team.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required (fluency in Portuguese would be a significant advantage).
- Organization and Structure: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Politeness and Professionalism: Friendly, polite, and professional demeanor.
