Job Description

This role will be pivotal in shaping our global business landscape. As a key member of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in deep-dive discussions to articulate value propositions and translate technical views into implementation plans.
  • Run training and enablement sessions at a technical level with sales and presales teams globally.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers to build loyalty and foster a win-win philosophy.
  • Contribute to complex technical architecture design and sizing by identifying site-specific parameters and constraints.
  • Create and maintain effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of compute, storage, and interconnects, as well as a solid grasp of Linux, SAP, edge, and AI market trends, competition, sales strategies, and partner landscape.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in delivering IT solutions in a customer-centric role.
  • Prior experience in SUSE, SAP, and edge technologies solutions applications.
