Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Global Solutions Sales Professional. As a strategic professional, you'll represent the company and sell its products, services, and bespoke solutions in assigned Global Accounts and Regional Accounts.

You will have a technical understanding of BT's portfolio to tailor solutions to customer requirements and consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained profitable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in forecasting business and market needs and operate on a global scale.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations and drive local penetration at C-level.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation, and commercial terms.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Achieve sales targets through pipeline building.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of direct sales experience.
  • Hunting skills and attitude.
  • Evidence of driving up revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sound technical understanding of BT's products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proven successful sales track-record.
