We are ADP, Inc., a global leader in human resources technology. Our sales team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our ranks.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

This role involves closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. You will attend our award-winning training program and work with a sales team that offers human resources solutions to both new and existing clients. Your daily tasks will include cultivating relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, setting appointments, gathering leads from established internal partners, and assessing buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.

You will use your ability to manage multiple sales processes at the same time through various stages in the sales process, as well as document them, sticking with the process through implementation until your new business is up and running on the solutions you sell. As you see more and more deals cross the finish line, you'll reap the rewards with industry-leading compensation, benefits, luxurious incentive trips, and awards. This role requires a positive self-starter who can cold call without fear of rejection, manage their time effectively, prioritize deliverables, and multitask efficiently. A strategic closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales is essential. A proven winner with an ambitious spirit and the ability to thrive under pressure is also required.

A college degree is not necessary, but having three years of business-to-business sales experience or military experience with skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a 'never lose' mentality will be beneficial. Bonus points for those who can successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
