The role of the Senior Sales Professional involves driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by selling software and services to new customers in a designated territory or industry.
Responsibilities- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to meet/exceed established quotas;
- Identify and research target customers, develop business relationships, and educate potential clients on the benefits of the company's solution;
- Maintain accurate customer account information in the CRM, including opportunities, commitments, significant conversations, customer visits or sales calls;
- Support sales solution engineers in software demonstrations to potential customers;
- Evaluate new lead prospects generated by sales associates and qualify as genuine sales opportunities;
- Actively contribute ideas to improve sales processes and overall team growth and quality.
- Fluent English skills;
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience;
- Experience in sales with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Microsoft Windows and Office proficiency;
- Ability to establish rapport and gain trust with others, consensus across multiple departments and leadership levels;
- Self-motivated with minimal oversight required;
- Able to manage work effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization.
This position offers an estimated salary of $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include private medical healthcare, life insurance, gym reimbursement, and psychologist & dietician consultation.
