International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) is a leading global flavor and fragrance company with a rich history of innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team in Brazil.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to own and drive the sales strategy for our flavors and ingredients portfolio in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding commercial targets, identifying and investigating customer opportunities, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set, agree, and plan to exceed commercial targets through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ownership of specific customer portfolio activities, including qualifying business opportunities and understanding customer needs.
  • Identify and investigate customer opportunities with supporting business cases, and develop high-quality aligned account plans.
  • Contribute to strategic commercial negotiations, demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, and provide strong aftersales service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years' sales experience or account management experience in an FMCG, Food Services, or related industry.
  • Demonstrated strong business development and sales experience with proven track records.
  • Strong analytical skills, competence with Excel, PPT software, CRM, and similar applications.
  • Ability to anticipate and understand customers' needs and key drivers, with a highly ethical, capable, and responsible attitude.

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
