About the RoleThis is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for driving business growth and a deep understanding of programmatic advertising. As a Senior Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to extract sales opportunities with agencies, brands, and media owners in Brazil.
- Positioning Vistar Media as a market leader in the Brazilian OOH advertising market.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to localize our product offerings and features to meet local market needs.
- Maintaining key sales performance metrics and ensuring accountability for results.
- Building and managing high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Excellent knowledge of digital advertising technology, including programmatic, mobile, audio, data, currency tracking, and attribution.
- Extensive experience in solutions sales in digital advertising and a proven track record of building a business from scratch in Brazil.
- Demonstrable knowledge of OOH media and advertising, with a network of contacts across the industry in Brazil.
- Proven ability to build client relationships at all levels of seniority, demonstrating retention and growth strategies.
- Experience negotiating contracts and trading agreements, ensuring fulfillment of these deals.
