Achieve success as a leading global provider of automotive market intelligence by driving commercial growth in Brazil.

As a Commercial Director, you will develop and execute strategic plans to make our company a successful provider of information to the automotive industry and market in Brazil. Your primary objective is to grow customer base, improve commercial success, and enhance market presence in the region.

You will collaborate with the Area Manager to provide leadership and guidance, ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives. The role requires coaching and leading the local Sales team to drive commercial business forward and develop long-term business partnerships with clients.

To excel in this position, you must understand customer needs and satisfy them within our capabilities framework. Consult customers on the best way forward using our products, and develop a clear strategy for new business sales growth in Brazil aligned with our business plan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to increase sales, revenue, and market share across various segments: Automotive, Leasing, Finance, Banks, Retail, Digital Marketplace, and Automotive Insurance.
  • Review and develop the existing local sales team, creating personalized development plans and focusing on solution sales and consultative approaches.
  • Lead and coach the local Sales team, supervising one account manager and potentially hiring additional team members to expand market presence.
  • Identify quick wins to drive new business, analyze regional competition, and establish new market potential in line with our regional growth plans.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer and create a more effective sales platform through company guidelines.
  • Create and evolve the strategic market plan aligned with our core strategy, focusing on new business across verticals while sustaining existing client business.
  • Provide accurate forecasting of renewals, new business, and growth opportunities for Brazil, assisting the Area Manager in preparing annual budgets.

This role requires strong leadership skills, international experience, and excellent people and sales skills. You will be responsible for optimizing market penetration in each sector, ensuring regional sales infrastructure can drive new services and product success across four market verticals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of automotive experience, preferably in an OEM, retailer, or TIER 1 supplier. Strong consultative/solutions B2B sales experience, along with technical skills and commercial awareness, are essential for this role.
