Commercial Director for Key Accounts

Main Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Lead the relationship with key account customers to negotiate and sign contracts, develop sales strategies, and manage client expectations.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the customer manager channel to define sales targets, programs, commercial initiatives, and promotional policies for convenience stores, proximity clients, and drugstores.
- Business Development: Identify and propose opportunities for business growth and development for key account customers, convenience stores, proximity clients, and drugstores.
- Activities Planning and Control: Manage the application of retail prices and sales conditions, participate in the forecast process, and ensure proper credit management according to company guidelines.
- Client Performance Management: Monitor client performance, set growth targets, and design solutions to address performance issues for convenience stores, proximity clients, and drugstores.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Ensure proper negotiation management, participate in key situations, and guarantee compliance with commercial policies.
- Market Intelligence: Supply information to management on sales activities and plans, maintain country contact, and enhance knowledge of the marketplace.
- Financial Management: Ensure proper budget management, propose sales volume budget, and propose forecasts of commercial and assigned structure costs.
- Channel Strategy: Develop the channel long-term strategy based on RTM, commercial policy, execution programs, and sales structure.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education; postgraduate degree desirable.
- Advanced English; basic Spanish.
- Proven experience in commercial areas with direct sales.
- Desirable courses related to finance management for sales.
- Leadership and presentation skills and techniques.
