Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management: Lead the relationship with key account customers to negotiate and sign contracts, develop sales strategies, and manage client expectations.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the customer manager channel to define sales targets, programs, commercial initiatives, and promotional policies for convenience stores, proximity clients, and drugstores.
  3. Business Development: Identify and propose opportunities for business growth and development for key account customers, convenience stores, proximity clients, and drugstores.
  4. Activities Planning and Control: Manage the application of retail prices and sales conditions, participate in the forecast process, and ensure proper credit management according to company guidelines.
  5. Client Performance Management: Monitor client performance, set growth targets, and design solutions to address performance issues for convenience stores, proximity clients, and drugstores.
  6. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Ensure proper negotiation management, participate in key situations, and guarantee compliance with commercial policies.
  7. Market Intelligence: Supply information to management on sales activities and plans, maintain country contact, and enhance knowledge of the marketplace.
  8. Financial Management: Ensure proper budget management, propose sales volume budget, and propose forecasts of commercial and assigned structure costs.
  9. Channel Strategy: Develop the channel long-term strategy based on RTM, commercial policy, execution programs, and sales structure.

Requirements:

  1. Completed higher education; postgraduate degree desirable.
  2. Advanced English; basic Spanish.
  3. Proven experience in commercial areas with direct sales.
  4. Desirable courses related to finance management for sales.
  5. Leadership and presentation skills and techniques.
