About the Role:

Cencora is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Latin America. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic company with a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Latin America.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and positioning Cencora's solutions to address those needs.
  • Collaborate closely with country managers, regional sales managers, sales teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to implement key initiatives and drive sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain alignment with Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, Services, and Operations leadership to promote the full range of Cencora solutions.
  • Provide input to the Global Key Account Management program and International Business Group (IBG) cross-selling efforts.
  • Responsible for prioritizing and executing regional marketing events and campaigns, working closely with Regional Marketing Specialists and the global marketing function.

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate degree in fields such as business administration, sales, finance, or marketing.
  • Significant experience working in B2B or external stakeholders negotiation and management, preferably in a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to predict and interpret industry trends and competitive information, developing strategies and tactics to respond to changes in the marketplace.
  • Strong data acumen, with the ability to interpret and direct analysis on broad internal and external commercial data.
