Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee our Latin America team, driving growth and success through strategic planning, effective management, and a customer-centric approach.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales team leadership, with expertise in managing high-performing teams, developing strategies, and analyzing market trends.
A key aspect of this role is the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans, fostering collaboration among team members, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company goals
- Fostering a high-performing team environment, focusing on talent development, and providing regular feedback
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and ensure seamless execution
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
