High Ticket Teams is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our Vice Presidents of Sales by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Make 100+ calls per day to warm and cold leads to set appointments for Senior Executive Partners.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Qualify leads and determine their potential for commission-based sales opportunities.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and Senior Executive Partners.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and appointment data.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be self-motivated, high-energy individual with a positive attitude. They will also be able to manage time efficiently and work from a home-based office. Experience in cold calling or a willingness to learn is required. Comfortable with making high volumes of calls daily and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment are essential.
About the Role- Starting training pay of $10 per appointment generated.
- Base + commissions will be determined based on performance after 30 days in role.
- Potential to transition to full-time with a structured compensation package based on performance.
