Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Sao Paulo City, Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our presence in the Brazilian market.
Your primary focus will be on prospecting new clients, identifying business opportunities, and closing deals. You will work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services, or similar industries. SaaS and international experience are highly valued.
You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations. A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is ideal for this position.
The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
