Sales Growth Specialist

Genesys is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our sales team, you will help identify and qualify new sales opportunities, focusing on warm leads and collaborating with our Sales team to build a consistent pipeline that drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Qualification: Evaluate customer interest generated through various channels, follow-up within required timeframes, and ensure a prompt and effective qualification process.
- Opportunity Identification: Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts.
- Relationship Building: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of Genesys solutions.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Showcase Genesys products and capabilities.
- Target Achievement: Meet quarterly goals by transforming leads into opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through military service (US only).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English and Portuguese (Brazil).
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Teamwork: Eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially within sales and marketing.
- Growth Mindset: A desire to continuously learn and improve.
- Curiosity: A natural drive to ask questions and explore new ideas.
We offer a competitive salary range of R$ 8,500 - R$ 12,000 per month, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
