Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales development specialist to join our team in Poland. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take their career to the next level and contribute to the growth of our business.

SCHURTER AG is a globally operating technology company distinguished by its success and innovation strength. Our electronic components and HMI are utilized in medical technology, industrial electronics, aerospace, and many other market segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expansion of the customer base in defined sales territories to increase market share and profitable growth of the components and HMI portfolio within Focus applications.
- Sales responsibility and achievement of the given sales forecast within assigned territories.
- Development and expansion of the lead customer base.
- Manage and drive new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships at lead customers and distributors.
- Customer support in cooperation with group companies and functional stakeholders.
- Continuous account activity planning, implementation, and creation of strategic account plans.
- Ensure profitable revenue growth (POP/POS).
- Carrying out potential, trend, and competition analysis.
- Provide extraordinary customer experience.
- Professional data management in CRM (SAP) system.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and account management, knowledge of industrial companies and distributors.
- Technical aptitude necessary to advise customers in the design of new products.
- Self-motivated, flexible, professional, problem solver.
- Ability to travel easily within the sales territory.
- Home working and ability to travel to the office when necessary.
- Affinity for IT (CRM/SAP) and good Excel knowledge.
- Reliable team worker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and positive personality with a passion for all our products.
