**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and increase revenue growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking, generating leads and pursuing new partnerships.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and profitability.

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

**Requirements**

- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in market research or related industries.

- Proven track record of success in growing sales revenue and expanding client bases.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.

**What We Offer**

At Toluna, we offer a competitive salary of R$120,000 - R$150,000 per year, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
