About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at dynaTrace software GmbH. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to identify and qualify sales opportunities, drive outbound prospecting, and educate prospects about our enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification and Prospecting: Utilize defined criteria to qualify leads and prospects, driving business growth through targeted outreach and research efforts.
  • Account Profiling and Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned accounts using various tools, including Google, LinkedIn, and Jigsaw, to develop a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with field sales representatives and marketing teams to generate demand, create awareness, and promote our current product offerings.
  • CRM Management: Effectively utilize Salesforce.com to track activities, ensure data accuracy, and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
