About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our expanding Commercial Sales team in Latin America. This role will give you the opportunity to hire and shape a fantastic growing team in our Mid-Market segment, focusing on companies with 1,000-5,000 employees. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, coaching and developing them through personal and professional mentorship, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to innovate current best practices, refine processes, and work with cutting-edge technology. Our goal is to create a sales-driven culture that thrives on innovation, creativity, and collaboration.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as unlimited access to Udemy courses, monthly UDays, and a generous annual professional development stipend.
