Job Title: Sales Development Analyst –
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Analyst to join our team at Caldic LATAM. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and other sales tactics;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and marketing efforts;
- Forecast sales and revenue growth, and provide regular updates to management;
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
- Meet and exceed established sales goals and targets;
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge;
- Contribute to the development of sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Proven sales experience in the raw materials industry;
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Results-driven and target-oriented;
- Team player with a positive attitude;
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
