Job Title: Sales Performance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Manager to join our team in Curitiba and Recife. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Complete higher education
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Intermediate/advanced Office suite skills, particularly in Excel
