We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Belo Horizonte/MG. As a key member of our Internal/Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to our sales strategy, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Beauty Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, collaborating with customer teams and leveraging market insights to drive business growth.
- Financial Support: Provide in-depth analysis of promotions, plans, and price strategies to optimize ROI and sales performance.
- Category Expertise: Design and deploy training programs, support materials, and be the subject matter expert for the Beauty Care category.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Conduct granular analysis of sell-in, sell-out, and inventory levels to inform sales strategies.
- Instore Execution: Ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, including KBDs and price tracking.
- Initiatives and Campaigns: Develop and execute customized sales initiatives and campaigns to drive business results.
- Market Insights: Utilize market tools, such as Nielsen and IQVIA, to gather insights and inform sales strategies.
- Education: Complete higher education.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, with a focus on customer relationships and competitive advantage.
- Skills: Strong strategic and analytical thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, and a passion for sales and leadership.
