Sales Relationships Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Relationships Manager to join our team at Michael Page BR. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market our trading capabilities to potential clients, focusing on emerging markets and BRL local government bonds.
  • Prospect new clients and increase existing client penetration as demonstrated through increased client inquiry.
  • Increase trading volume as demonstrated through incremental revenues.
  • Obtain and share user feedback and make thoughtful suggestions around systems enhancements, functionality and usability.
  • Work well with product management, sales associates, and analysts to achieve and exceed sales goals and maximize end-user training.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience with government Brazilian bonds.
  • Hard Skills: Graduation: Complete, Deep understanding of the Brazilian fixed income market, Experience covering the buy side and has worked at a bank dealer desk or at a broker.
  • Soft Skills: Hunter profile, Team player, Proactive, Good communication, Entrepreneurial spirit, Self-starter, Result oriented.
