Sales Team Manager

We are seeking a professional with experience in managing sales teams to lead a team of prospecting consultants in Latin America. This role involves generating meetings and managing leads to drive pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales force tools and processes, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating meetings and projects for the Latam field sales team
  • Aligning the team's value proposition with the profile of each segment
  • Managing KPIs and using management tools
  • Aligning with international peers for benchmarking
  • Hiring, developing, and managing a high-performance team focused on lead growth strategy

Expected results include:

  • Increasing the number of opening meetings and projects
  • Improving the SDR time conversion rate
  • Qualitatively transitioning leads
  • Managing metrics and reporting of inbound and outbound leads

Requirements and qualifications include:

  • Experience in managing sales teams (inside sales, outbound, SDR, or prospecting)
  • Sales force knowledge and Excel skills (desirable)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as leadership and conflict management skills
  • Knowledge of pre-sales flows and processes (inbound and outbound sales)
