Job Title: Sales Manager

At Hilton Worldwide, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep our hotel a leader in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media, to drive business into our hotel and increase market/customer share.
  • Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients to maximize revenue.
  • Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
  • Work closely with other departments to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
  • Attend sales events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports to meet the needs of senior management.
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of closing sales.
