About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Group Manager to join our growing South America Sales team in Brazil. As a Sales Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating a sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and coaching to individual team members to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Manage internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly.
  • Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure order tracking and correction.
  • Coordinate technical inquiries.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in sales.
  • Proven track record of sales achievements in B2B sales.
  • Experience in building and motivating sales teams.
  • Results-focused, organized, with good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze information and make decisions independently.
  • Good English language skills (written and oral).
