We are seeking an experienced Sales Group Manager to join our growing South America Sales team in Brazil. As a Sales Group Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training, and motivating a sales team representing Teltonika Telematics.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and coaching to individual team members to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Manage internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctly.
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding opportunities for growth.
- Ensure order tracking and correction.
- Coordinate technical inquiries.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in sales.
- Proven track record of sales achievements in B2B sales.
- Experience in building and motivating sales teams.
- Results-focused, organized, with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make decisions independently.
- Good English language skills (written and oral).
- Competitive salary matching your skillset and experience in the market.
- Unstopped commission system.
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, weekends free.
