Job Title: Jr Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Jr Sales Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our Internal/Field Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on beauty industry trends and product offerings.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and developing strategic plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
