About the Role

Forescout Technologies Inc is seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing partners in your region to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and develop strategic partnerships with key channel partners in your region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide sales enablement training and support to partners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to sell Forescout solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales engineering, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in a technology or security industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
