Job Overview

As a vital member of our team, the Channel Partner Manager for Brazil will report directly to the Regional Sales Director. This role is pivotal in spearheading video security and access control initiatives with our Channel Partners within the designated region. The successful candidate will cultivate relationships, implement strategic sales actions, and drive revenue growth to achieve our territory goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with Channel Partners, providing them with comprehensive knowledge of our solutions to enhance their sales capabilities and deliver added value to their clients.
  • Assist partners in navigating order processing and returns through our distribution channels.
  • Ensure that Channel Partners' teams are adequately trained to implement our solutions effectively.
  • Support sales initiatives for Motorola Solutions' video and access control products by identifying and responding to sales opportunities, thereby expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners while collaborating with the Channel Sales Executives Team to secure end-user sales opportunities.
  • Assist territory leaders in setting quarterly and annual sales targets for Channel Partners.
  • Explore and identify potential new partners for reselling video and access control products.
  • Utilize lead and project tracking software to monitor sales activities.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Channel Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Engineering.

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in video security solutions sales, with a focus on transactional business.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in physical security solutions is advantageous.
  • Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both English and German.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to articulate our products and solutions effectively.
  • Proven ability to forecast revenue accurately on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • A track record of achieving sales results and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • A solid understanding of our go-to-market strategy and sales philosophy.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated success in funnel development through proactive prospecting.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with the capability to learn and demonstrate new software effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory (approximately 50% travel).
  • An established client base in the assigned territory is a plus.

Travel Requirements

Travel will constitute over 50% of the role, including international travel.
